We offer an array of gait analysis and biomechanical assessments at Neston Chiropody & Podiatry on the Wirral.

These involve the joints, muscles, and tendons in the feet and lower legs; evaluating how they move (gait analysis) and are positioned (biomechanics).

​

From these, we can see and assess any problem areas such as joint misalignment, favouring a leg or foot, flat feet, knock knees, weight imbalance, etc. We can then help and advise to address any issues.

This ranges from simply being made aware of a problem, exercises to alter your gait and strengthen any weak areas, orthotics, footwear advice and/or strapping.
